SUI: My full take-profit and exit strategy, and why I’m not buying the hopium
What normie price targets reveal - and how I’m cashing out before the delusion peaks.
Welcome 👋🏽
This week we cover three things:
My SUI take profit and circuit breaker strategy
Whether macro conditions are supportive of asset prices (using our Risk-On Risk-Off or ‘RORO’ tool)
Whether our ‘Selling the Top Indicators’ or ‘STTI’ are signalling the top is in.
Before we start, last week I mentioned that from 1 August 2025:
monthly subscription will increase from $10 to $20, and
yearly subscription will increase from $100 to $120
This does not affect existing subscribers.
There’s 48 hours left!
Let’s dig in.
SUI Consensus
Before anything, I like to understand the consensus take profit (TP) targets of the normies that will be doing us the greatest service of holding our bags while we offload.
Let’s start with a moment of silence for them - our fallen brethren and sistren to be...
Next, let me show you some of my favourite consensus targets..
$20 target - 150K views
$15 target - 110K views
$9 target - 155K views
$16 target - 15K views (certified cooker, this bloke)
$100 target - 38K views (I take what I said about poor Lennaert back - this guy is the cooker..)
$11 target - 20K views (I love this one, because it came from a self-proclaimed SUI intern, which means they’re married to the sh**coin)
Now that we got the fun out of the way, I can show you the data from 3948 samples across eToro, X, and Reddit.
The good news is that 16% of the sampled population is smoking crystal meth and has price targets >$20.
The bad news is 24% of the population are sober/ conservative drug users and have target prices (TPs) in line with mine (more on that below).
SUI Strategy
We’re seeing a self-fulfilling prophecy play out. Macro is bullish. Everyone is expecting a rally into Q3/Q4, and as such they are positioning ahead of time - markets are rallying.
We’re looking to capitalise on another sustained uptrend on SUI and take profits strategically.
On that basis, here are my Take Profit Levels:
